South of the Boulevard, the streets climb into the Santa Monica Mountains through neighbourhoods like Encino Hills and Amestoy Estates, where sprawling cul-de-sac estates often have canyon or valley views worth lighting up after dark.
Because Encino's homes range from mid-century modern to Spanish Revival to brand-new contemporary, we don't bring a one-size-fits-all plan. A flat-lot traditional home north of the Boulevard might get a classic warm-white roofline and a single wrapped oak out front; a hillside estate in Encino Hills might call for uplighting that plays off the elevation as much as roofline work.
